Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage (Galatians 5:1)
The end of a study for me is always bitter-sweet. While I am usually ready to “move on” after spending so much time with a particular section of God’s word, it is almost like saying good-bye to an old friend. I want to thank everyone of you for your commitment to and support of our study of joy. I love you all and I am confident that because of your abiding trust in Him and your obedience to His word, God is blessing you with a greater measure of joy.
And I ask, “what next”?
The Lord has drawn my mind to a study I did a while back from the book of Galatians. A rich and powerful book which is full of counsel on how we can have a fuller Christian walk; a victorious life in Christ. Just look at the opening verse of chapter 5 – packed full of promise! Liberty, freedom, power.
In this study, we will cover all six chapters of Galatians however, most of our focus on chapter 5. To prepare to begin the study, during this week, you will want to read and meditate on the book of Galatians.
I invite you to come along with me as we mine the treasures of this wonderful book. I ask you to pray our Lord will give us understanding.
Thanks for coming,
