FINAL THOUGHTS

I have been blessed in bringing you this devotion series and I am confident that you have been blessed as well; not by anything that is of me, but by God’s word which He has promised will not return void. Our survey of Proverbs ends here but I encourage you to continue reading through the Proverbs. The wisdoms are rich in instruction for living Godly, victorious Christian lives. Once you have studied through the Proverbs, I would suggest you continue with the writing of King Solomon as recorded in the book of Ecclesiastes; it is powerful!

Thank you for spending time with me over these past days. May God richly bless you as you continue your journey of faith.

We began with one foundational truth: “the fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge.” Wisdom comes through Christ; He alone is the way. If you do not know Jesus personally, if you have never accepted Him as your Lord and Savior, it is my prayer that today – right now, will be the day you make a choice to change that. There is no script you must follow, no special ritual you must perform. There is only one thing needed – ask Him.

Whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

Tell him you are tired of living in the darkness and bondage of sin, that you want to be free from and forgiven for your sins. Ask Jesus, in faith, to be your Savior and the Lord of your life.

“if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. (Romans 9:9-10)

Once you make your confession, you are His child.

He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God (John 1:11-12)

            Forever.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. (John 10:28)

(If you have made this decision I encourage you to share it with a friend or family member. To help you as you begin your new life, it is important that you have a fellow believer walk with you to disciple you. This is best done through the fellowship of a local, Christ focused, bible teaching church. If you have questions or need help in locating a church, complete the contact form. I will get in touch with you to help you in any way possible).
