Heart2Heart invites you to join with your sisters in Christ each Monday morning throughout the month of August for a time of prayer for the healing of our nation. More than ever, the leaders of our government, our churches and our homes need our prayers.
During this time of uncertainty many of us are challenged by the events that are going on around us. We are desperate to do something but not sure how we can make a difference. God tells us in His word to humble ourselves before Him. He has promised us that if we cry out to Him with a heart of repentance, He will hear our cries and heal our land.
So please, won’t you come along beside your sisters, agreeing in prayer for the healing of our land?
“if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land”. 2 Chronicles 7:14

The LORD has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men To see if there are any who understand, Who seek after God.3 They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, not even one. (Psalms 14:2-3)

The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds; There is no one who does good. (Psalms 14:1)

O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! (Psalms 8:9)

Yet you have made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor. (Psalms 8:5)
